Free UK shipping (7-14 days) Via Amazon shipping.

We do not accept returns on items that have been opened (if the product has a seal that has been taken off).

If your item is faulty or has a defect, we will replace it.

If your order is incorrect, we will send out what is missing and would ask for the incorrect item to be returned. Please note we only replace an item if this is within 14 days of receiving your order.

Any orders already marked as shipped can’t be cancelled/refunded.

If you have entered the incorrect address on your order and it has been shipped, we are not responsible for what happens with the parcel once it leaves our office. However, if the parcel is returned back to us, we will reach out to you and we can correct the address. Here atmeggilasheswe understand that everyone is human and makes mistakes. Therefore if you have put the incorrect address and it gets returned to us, we will re-ship your parcel free of charge.

For all orders made outside the UK, these will be shipped via Royal Mail international shipping.

Please be aware custom charges may apply, unfortunately this is out of our control. If you do not want to pay customs & your parcel gets returned, we can refund you the amount for the products. However shipping will not be refunded.

All ingredients for our products will be listed in the description of each item on the website, or on the box of the product.
